JF Bronco Roof Rack Side Rail Mount

A simple aluminum side rail mount for the OEM bronco roof rack. Made of precision CNC'd aluminum that clamps around the side rail of the OEM Bronco Roof rack mount with M3 hardware. Has three 3/8 16 threaded inserts, one on top and two following the angles of the oem rack. Lightweight, simple, and durable. There is a slight increase in wind noise to be expected, however it isn't very much more relative to how much wind noise there already is. I would recommend installing the bolts even if nothing is mounted to limit any potential whistling sounds.
 
Note - this is a preorder purchase for batch one. Batch one will be ordered once the preorder is filled consisting of 50 side rail mounts.

  • Installation

    Place the top piece, the one with the threads, and the bottom piece around the side rail on your Bronco roof rack. M3 locknuts will come taped into the bottom part of the mount, leave them taped until after completing install to prevent them from falling out during the install. Screw the M3 bolt down on each end, alternating to ensure even clamping force around the side rail. Tighten until the mount is secure on the side rail. Finally remove the tape and the install is complete.
